There are three pillow configuration options. Please select one when requesting your quote or placing an order for this item. NOTE: The arrows in the drawings are used to indicate the placement of the refillable catnip pocket with closure.
Option 1: Two crescent pillows in the same side in same direction.
Option 2: Two crescent pillows in opposite directions.
Option 3: One long "S" shaped pillow with 2 catnip pockets on opposite sides, one for each cat.
